- Small Spa with sauna but without pool.
- Good location with access to public transport and to the park. Quite a distance to the town centre though.

- Some parts of the hotel get dated (many rooms and the lounge are already renovated).
- Hotel building is ugly.
- Hotel is located at a rather busy street (fortunately windows turned out to be soundproof).
